What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.

Is your facility handicapped accessible?

Yes, the Williamson Tower is handicapped accessible. Williamson Medical Center also offers a free shuttle service.

Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?

You may need a physician referral depending on your insurance carrier. This will be determined at the time an appointment is requested.

Do you accept my insurance?

KCA accepts the following types of insurance: Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Cigna, Health Spring, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, Signature, Tricare, and United Healthcare.

What forms of payment do you accept?

KCA accepts the following types of payment:  MasterCard, VISA, personal check, and cash. For your convenience, we can keep a credit card on file for services rendered.

Can I make secure payments online?

Yes, you can make secure payments online. Please visit our website, www.kcadocs.com, and enter the patient portal to make a secure payment.

Can I schedule an appointment online?

Yes, you may request an appointment by visiting our website, www.kcadocs.com, and entering the patient portal. A KCA representative will confirm your appointment by the end of the same business day.

Can I request a refill of my prescriptions?

Yes, you may request a refill of your prescriptions by visiting our website, www.kcadocs.com, and entering the patient portal. Please advise immediately if you have changed pharmacies, as we will contact the pharmacy that you initially requested. If it has been more than twelve months since you’ve seen a KCA physician, an appointment will be necessary before refills are made. Depending on the circumstances, a courtesy supply of your medication may be provided at the time of your appointment confirmation.

How may I obtain a copy of my medical records?
